ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. I think you are asking this query for yourself. It is better to consult your dentist once as after delivery we tend to take less care of ourself. . he or she will check and tell you in detail what needs to be done.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: brush teeth twice in a day. keep your body well hydrated. avoid processed, sticky and sugary food. avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene. follow your treating doctor's advice.
