#asktheexpert son's weight is not increasing. his diet is normal but digestion is poor. currently it's 16kg.immunity is low too. pls help

add nuts powder in milk
make nuts powder with cashew, almonds, dry dates and add in milk daily
mix veg dal khichdi with ghee
milkshakes
curd rice
