A. Well good head massage and proper cleanliness can remove the dandruff. You can use mamaearth baby shampoo and hair oil.

A. hi please visit your pediatrician for once apply thin layer of coconut oil daily on your child hair wash your child's hair with your doctor's prescribed shampoo provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
