#asktheexpert Sir My son's weight now is around 11.2 kg, Which has not increased for the last several months.

That means the weight has become stagnant which isn’t a good sign so I would currently suggest you to start giving multivitamin and iron supplement to the child for six months at least if that helps in weight increment that means it’s due to a nutritional deficiency that even after eating while the weight isn’t increasing
