#AskTheExpert sir my son is taking cow milk with little water mixup as well as mother feeding twice a day so please confirm it is ok for his normal growth

A. Dear parent, it is not OK to give cow milk at the age of 1 month. You should exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete because breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby. Introduction of any top food before 6 months can increase the risk of infection and even reduce the milk supply.
