#AskTheExpert Sir. My son is 1 year and 1 month old but he has not having even single tooth yet. What's the reason for this. Though he is able to walk and speak some words

you can wait till the age of 18 months fir the first tooth to erupt.
bit the first dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby teething process starts between the age of four months to fifteen months. So feed your baby well and give baby bc21 homeopathy medicine for better teething process.
