#AskTheExpert sir my kid is school going kid but am worried about his weight because he is now 6 yrs and still his weight is 17kg what I should give him to eat and all over the day how many times he should eat so he can gain weight and also he is not very active, low energy. pls help me sir what I can do to make him active as well.
