#AskTheExpert sir my is now 6 months old and she is only 5.8 kg. her birth weight was 2.3 kg. what should I feed to increase her weight?

A. Just By looking at the birth weight your child is having more than double the birth weight what is going to be appropriate for six months of an age and in another six months if your child is going to gain about 4 to 4 1/2 KG then that’s going to be further more appropriate as of now if your breast feeding them continue with that and four semisolid food you can start with all kind of fruits and vegetable purees porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup is can be given fruits can be given in the same form also you can go ahead with giving different varieties of Suji quinoa oats and ragi
