#AskTheExpert sir my daughter is not taking proper diet she doesn't want to eat anything not even taking milk . since last three week her diet is reduced very much. plz advice

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, include buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water, milkshakes. Since it is summer try to give more liquid food. And give fibre rich food. Which is easy to digest. In a day give 5 feed with smaller quantity and in smaller intervals. And give adequate liquid.
