#AskTheExpert sir my daughter is 23 months old and her weight is 10kg..is it ok or not

A. yes it's a fine weightMilk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. It's okay as if baby had little less or little more weight then also there is no problem as every baby has different birth weight and also every babies growth is different and also sure that you keep a good healthy and nutritional food to your baby.
