the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the childz is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicinesz (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

Usually, 10 to 14 days or more are the expected time duration for the symptoms to persist in case of Bacterial Infections which are a result of secondary infections
