Q.

#AskTheExpert Sir my child generally not eat properly due to that he mostly have constipation. And due that blood comes in his potty. I consulted with doctor he suggest to give him lactulose continuosly. but problem is when I give him this then he is fine but when I skip it he face problem. is it safe to give lactulose continuosly.

A. Hi mom. make a routine for the child to sit on the potty daily after the breakfast in the morning at least for 10 to 15 minutes so that he will develop the habit. cute different kind of fruit juices liquids milk and other things during the daytime at least 1 to 1.5 litre. give muskmelon watermelon papaya pomegranate as this will help in easy passing of motion Give fibre rich food to the baby including more of fruits and vegetables. You can include papaya in the daily diet of baby soaked dry grapes or dry prunes overnight and give the baby in the morning along with the water which is rich in fibre. Massage stomach and do the cycling of the legs. Himalaya bonnisan syrup you can give few times according to the dosage return on the box
