#asktheexpert my boy has very hard constipation. Also blood comes from latrine. and very tight. please suggest what should I do

Mout powder is a very good laxative which you can give to the child every day as of now but make sure to include fibres and more of liquid into the diet of your child that will help and apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water
