#asktheexpert Sir my baby is one year old boy, he is only on mother feed, he doesn't takes outside milk and mothers milk is not sufficient and he takes very little food also, please suggest how to increase his intake pls prescribe some medicine, further he is active and weight is 7.5kg

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, give small frequent meals four to five times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed.
