#AskTheExpert sir my baby birth weight was 3.1 at 2 months it was 3.2 now I started formula after completion of two months.is there any way to increase milk supply coz looking at the weight gain it is not sufficient for my baby

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, dry fruits, cereals, legumes, chicken, eggs, brown rice, brown bread, avocado, broccoli, fennel seeds and milk. Latch frequently as supply largely depends on the demand from baby. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate milk supply.
