ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet also include ajwain water and you can apply Hing around the navel of the child
