A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required ign a proper dose . Alternative trmedicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. U Should give more of liquid to the child currently like juice is butter milk coconut water and any Multivitamin supplement alongside because that is going to help in containing the hunger of the child and your child is going to a much better energy that way
