this is the case of DELAYED SPEECH AND LANGUAGE... The child needs a proper assessment for his speech milestone and needs regular speech therapy sessions as if ignored,, the delay with respect to age will increase and would affect self esteem, socialization and peer rejected and confidence level of the child... in my opinion,, you must for thorough examination by professional Speech Therapist
