#asktheexpert sir, ma'am can you please guide me about the proper food chart for my 7 month baby and how much of water should I give to her and also she is not gaining much weight can you please tell how can I help her to gain weight and please provide a proper food chart with the food which are easily available

Maintain hydration
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
Try to keep head up position while feeding
