#AskTheExpert sir I was not producing enough feed for my baby who is just a month old. She never felt full with my breast milk so I started giving her top feed from bottle but now she has reduced latching from my breast what should I do

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
