Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all it is very important to trim the nails of the child so that you can prevent infection and second is only by negative feedback mechanism that is you have to regularly counsel the child and also give reward if the child is not doing nail biting
