#asktheexpert sir how to increase breasmilk, I am giving formula to my 2 months old daughter with breasmilk.. I want to exclusively breastfeed her,,, but my milk production is not sufficient for her growth... Please suggest something 🙏

A. Hello mom you can these following foods in your diet such as garlic, oats, flax seeds, drumstick , fenugreek leaves, milk, panjiri, dry fruits , jeera, ajwain , saunf water
