#AskTheExpert Sir can you please advice ondiets as I am 12 weeks pregnant.

A. no specific diet plan should be made during pregnancy you should consume all the fruits and more of green leafy vegetables so as to maintain easy digestion try to include maximum items in one week so as to get proper nutrition

A. Hi good morning mom. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
