#AskTheExpert sir breast milk bhut kam aa rha hai...... I m having twin and preterm baby..... and they are 24 days old.... NICU main hai breast milk pump karne pr milk bhut kam hai.... please give me some advice

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and also increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet to produce more milk.
