Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,no need of it . usually it is given to cure stomach problems . but it is not necessary to give it. just take necessary precautions and care ,to prevent and cure stomach problems like: offer feeds as per your child needs. burp your baby well after each feeding. give Massage to your child everyday. that's it.
