usually temperature 100f or above is considered as fever in babies.
so if it remains same it indicates that your child is probably sick and you have to consult your pediatrician for it.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
