#asktheexpert Should Iron drops be given for babies.if so till what age?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

SsMom of a 4 yr 11 m old child4 years agoA. my baby boy is 5 mths old now, he takes breadfeed every one hour. through out the day and night every 2 hrs. this pattern is since the day he is born. now i get completly drained by evening.
what should i.do..to. increase the gap between the feeds.
