U Can consult a dietician or nutritionist they will advise you with a diet plan which will help your child reducing down the weight but your child will get all the necessary nutrients and supplements which is needed at this age weight is going to be down and your kids are almost at the age of 9 to 10 years why don’t you try involving your kids into some physical sports like badminton swimming basketball all these things require lots and lots of energy so which really in turn helps in reducing down the weight as well and I was swimming is one of the finest options that you can go for
