Make meal time fun with toys
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Give different varieties of food like fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting give three meal and two snacks children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Only time I make the kids eat is if they’re obviously hungry but not eating because they are distracted by something else Like tv games candy But if you put healthy and different foods in front of them and they are not hungry do not worry Offer it later
