ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Your child's nutritional requirements are not fulfilled that is why her immunity is weak and weight is low. Give her balanced, small and frequent meals. Try variety, new, kid friendly meals.
Try including foods like sprouts, dals, milk products, millets, tubers, nuts etc.
You can try - cheese paneer frankie, soya pulao, nuts ladoo, peanut butter milkshake, aloo tikki, sprouts chaat, fruit custard, dal paratha.

vanitaMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. my son also refused to have anything and try anything new. he likes corns, i started adding corns to every dish i made for him. like corns plus other vegetables in his omelette or cutlets.. with corns he would like a bite, and then he started eating new things. plus you can ask your doctor for some multi vitamins, they increase the appetite of the kids.

Give chayawanprash to boost immunity.
Give natural appetizers like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite.
This will help to boost hunger.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur kids diet for weight gain
