If the levels are very less then the doctor will consider blood transfusion and if manageable with medications then medicines will be given.
Also we have to find out cause if anemia

Give iron supplements prescribed by the doctor.
Give food and fruits rich in iron like apple spinach pomegranate mango jaggery eggplant beetroot raisins dates etc to increase the blood of the baby.
