kidodent is a good toothpaste, but toothpaste alone will never help.
you need to brush your child's teeth yourself twice a day, completely avoid sticky food like chocolate chips biscuits candies lollipops. completely avoid night feed. and a visit to your dentist every 6 months  
Colgate kids and cheerio are also good. use a pea size of toothpaste.

hello mom if u r already using medicated toothpaste then I think there is nothing like that u need to brush teeth of baby atleast two times a day along with that precautions should be taken from excess sweet even still then if u r not satisfied then u should look for the toothpaste which contains fluoride in it
