and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for
shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation

Latch the baby well to your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
