#AskTheExpert plz provide proper diet for my baby she's 1yr old. Not eating well and she's lean and thin too

A. Dear mum, for your 1 year old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You should give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Breastfeed till 2 years.
