Foods that are rich in Vitamin A : green leafy vegetables that are dark green, dark red or orange in colour such as spinach; carrots, milk, cheese, eggs, meat, fish, cod liver oil etc. Limit the number of hours your kid spends Infront of the TV. Make sure that your kid is watching quality TV shows as opposed to inappropriate ones. Keep the TV set away from bedroom and turn off the TV after watching a particular show. Watch TV along with your kid to make sure that the content being watched is educational, informational and interactive.
