A. In 2 years, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, pan cake, waffle, poha, upma, idli-dosa with sambhar, rice with dal, seasonal fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, curd, Buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
