Hello have good nutrition include cereals grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables,  add milk and  milk products   add galactogogues foods like methi seeds,  nuts,  seeds, nuts, sago,  add plenty of fluids avoid fasting and long gaps between meals

Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, ghee, milk, makhana in ur diet to increase bm.
The more u feed the more milk production will be there. U can have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm.
