#asktheexpert please suggest my baby is redness in potty area. I m using mamypoko diaper which i m changing evry 2/3 hrs. After each changing time i do clean with wet wipes and after potty i do clean with hot water.

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at nizght time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent thze diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
