#AskTheExpert please see the pic, due to watery stools, my child had got rashes and i usually applied anti rash cream. since he is still having intestinal issues, rashes have become like bruises and painful . please advise

A. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated don't use diapers for now prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes apply thin layer of coconut oil on rashes. keep that area clean and dry. provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child don't force feed or overfeed your child maintain good hygiene
