#AskTheExpert please let me know when is the right time to start diet or excercise after dellivery for weight loss

A. hi mom in diet you should have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss walk for 10 Mins twice a day gradually increaee

A. Hello dear parent, you can start with right diet that is as per reduction of weight, from 3rd month onwards. Till then just eat as you require to produce enough milk for your baby.
