Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi if child is age of below 6 months age then you have to wait . please dont start giving semisolid or liquid food items till 6 months age. give breastfeeding alone but as you are having low milk supply , start taking suppliments like leptadine tablets twice in a day.
