#asktheexpert our baby is 2yr 8month she is healthy and active but her weight is improving. We are feeding her with normal rice and curries we do regularly eat. Plz suggest is any other complementary food.

A. include more protein in diet. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth.
