Yeah! Possibly. Please do apply coconut oil or olive oil on all over body. Also use besan by adding little milk and turmeric powder instead of soap in case of extremely dry skin.
Also give enough water to drink to baby. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
