.are all indicative of adequate milk supply or feeding.
also more you feed ,more the supply.
keep yourself hydrated., Have nutritious diet.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear Try to feed for longer duration. 15-20 mins each breast. This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each
