NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can expect the weight of the child be around 7 kg to 9 kg or 10 kg and each child is different and the weight gain can vary. if the child is active than absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem give a well balance food in the diet
