Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. if there is pus in the baby's eyes then there is no need to delete and you should immediately consult doctor regarding the same. also do not do any home remedies regarding the same and keep wiping the eyes very gently with the clean and soft cloth
