Namaste sir/madam,
My baby boy was preterm and he is in his 5th month.He is active and weight also 5.9 as we checked before 2 weeks My concern is his backside of hair is going.I asked doctor before 2 weeks she said they sleep most of the time backside only dats why it may goes but now when i observed he lost most of the hair in his back...kindly check and let me know why this is happening..Do I need to worry about this...

Hi Mom, This is normal in newborns and nothing to worry about that. Since babies spend a lot of time on their backs, they are constantly rubbing the backs of their heads against their mattresses, resulting in their fine hair being tugged and eventually pulled out.
