ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist9 months agoA. Yes, it is mandatory to take iron medication on a daily basis, because pregnancy itself will cause anemia because of hemodilution and you also need adequate blood for the mother and the baby and also for the Postpartum
