#asktheexpert my wife has expected delivery date between 21 to 25 feb. doctors have prescribed anafortan and isoxsuprine. are these medicine ok for this time ? there were no pains. we are looking for normal delivery. please guide.

A. Usually this medication so will reduce the uterine contractions if they are coming a bit early. They also reduce the pain. I have no idea why they were given at this time. Better discuss this with your doctor.
