ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, this is not the right time to introduce solid foods to your twin babies. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your babies till completion of 6 months. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
There is no advantage of early introduction of top food.
